Plan the surface handover

BeforeObtain the structural and civil requirements for the pad.
Work stageDefine fill layers, drainage ties and inspection points before grading starts.
AfterProvide the builder with accepted level and material records.

What to verify

Check thresholds and surrounding runoff as well as the pad surface.

The finished purpose sets the acceptance question. Agree the receiving contractor or operator, the design reference and the evidence required before construction starts. Keep geometric checks separate from material and operational checks so the handover states what has actually been established.
