Project Stages

Establish Required Surface

Establishing the required surface converts a desired use into a construction brief. It should name geometry, layer roles and evidence needed before the next operation.

Plan the surface handover

BeforeIdentify the receiving operation and relevant design inputs.
Work stageResolve levels, fall, materials and acceptance requirements before equipment selection.
AfterIssue a coordinated brief to the grading and downstream teams.

What to verify

Check interfaces with buildings, roads, drains and neighbouring work.

Each project stage has a receiving operation and an acceptance question. Record what is complete, what remains and which reference the next team should use. Correct quantities before refining geometry, and do not cover an unaccepted layer simply to keep the sequence moving.

Scope and limits

An illustrative concept is not a construction specification.
